Director Human Resources Americas – North Carolina
The Position:
The HR Director Americas is responsible for people strategy implementation. He/she leads a team of HR Managers in the Americas and is a member of the Americas Management team. The HR Director is responsible for all HR processes and tools implementation in the Americas. He/she leads, with line management, organizational development, talent management, leadership development and rewarding in the Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Business partner for the Americas Management team
- Leads a team of HR Managers
- People strategy implementation and owner/contributor of people related annual targets
- Responsible for HR process and tools implementation with line management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience – required
- HR or related experience – 7-10 years
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes, tools and HR business partner role
- HR certification – preferred
