Navigating Talent with Uncertainty

We know that we are living in uncertain times and businesses are being affected in a variety of ways. We wanted to reach out and share some modifications we are experiencing around managing the hiring process within our Finance Practice during these stressful times.

Currently, many of our clients are in the process of interviewing and hiring candidates. In “normal” times, candidates would go on-site for interviews and now, we’re setting up video interviews and clients are foregoing on-site and plant tours. Leveraging digital technology during these times is key in continuing to engage prospective candidates and top talent. Many companies are still hiring, despite travel restrictions in place, therefore recruiting is still a top priority for many organizations. If you find delaying offers is a must for your organization, may we suggest that strong, continued engagement with your top candidates must be a priority.

Please know that we are here to help you. Companies must strike a balance between postponing activities vs your organizations’ need for progress. Please contact us if we can brainstorm how to adjust your process, suggest communication strategies, or if you would like to share a best practice you have in place that may help others.
