Dennis Dunlavey is currently the President and owner of PinPoint Solutions, Westport Intl and Westport Intl EVP.
After graduating in 1988 with a degree in business logistics from John Carroll University, Dennis started his career as a contingent recruiter. In 1995, while working for Aim Executive Corporation, Dennis was tasked with opening a new recruiting and search office located in Greenville, SC. After several years of generating superior results by creating and executing nontraditional recruiting platforms and strategies for clients, Dennis was offered the role of Director of Talent Acquisition for the automotive division of Eaton Corporation located in Cleveland, OH.
At Eaton, Dennis developed and executed new strategies, programs and processes that were highly successful and delivered tremendous gains in cost per hire, diversity, etc. In recognition of his success, his role was expanded to be Director of Talent Acquisition for the entire organization, globally. He was also awarded the prestigious Gamechanger award by the CEO of the organization.
Ready for his next entrepreneurial challenge, in 2005 Dennis left Eaton, moved back to Greenville and started Westport Intl, an executive retained search organization. As a result of his success and client demand, he opened PinPoint Solutions in 2007 to focus on mid-level professional and management contingency recruiting. Over the years, both businesses continued to grow and in 2016, Dennis decided to strategically expand offerings again but this time with a focus on EVP. His vision to build a talent services organization started with the purchase of Scarlett Surveys, one of the oldest and most established employee engagement survey providers.
His vision resulted in the creation of Westport Intl EVP which provides multi-dimensional EVP consulting including talent acquisition, employment branding, employee engagement, onboarding, etc.
Terri Campbell-Brown is a seasoned executive with broad human resources experience including acquisitions and integrations, compensation management, talent management, organizational restructurings, and international operations. Prior to joining Westport, Terri served as Vice President of Human Resources for Guardian Building Products, a subsidiary of Guardian Industries, where she was responsible for leading the human resources, benefits and payroll functions for the organization. Prior to joining Guardian, Terri spent 22 years with Eaton Corporation in a variety of human resources positions including Director, Senior Human Resources Manager for Acquisitions and Integrations, Division Human Resources Manager, Compensation and Reward Manager and Human Resources Manager.
With over twenty years of experience, she has provided human resources leadership at the plant, division and corporate levels. She has extensive experience with developing and executing human resources strategy including talent management, employee engagement, acquisitions and integrations and leadership development. Her global experience includes providing human resources functional leadership to operating units in Europe, India, China, Singapore, Mexico and Canada.
A graduate of Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications/Human Resources and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in strategic leadership.
